Maggie Grace was born Margaret Grace Denig in September 21 1982. She is an American Actress best known as Shannon Rutherford in ABC TV series Lost. Maggie Grace, originally from Worthington located in Ohio dropped out high school and moved to Los Angeles after her divorced parents. In the midst of financial hardship, she got her first part as Rachel's Room's title character the online video show Rachel's Room in the year 2001. Following her win of an Young Artist Award in 2002 for her performance as Murder in Greenwich of 15 year old Martha Moxley as a murder victim, Grace was able to be awarded. In 2004, Grace was cast as Shannon Rutherford in the television series Lost in which she acted as a principal cast member for the first two seasons. She was also awarded an award called the Screen Actors Guild Award shared with the ensemble cast. Grace has worked together with Tom Welling on The Fog in 2005, decided to make the move into film.
